Coffee House Lip Smackers
2017 brings us the new Coffee House Party Pack collection that nods to everyone's favorite coffee, tea and lemonade drinks. For many years I've always wondered why Lip Smacker never did a Starbucks partnership, as it is so fitting for the brand with a long list of legendary beverage partnerships. This might be the closest we get with Markwins now owning the brand.
Caramel Macchiato- This smells just like a sweet caramel macchiato! The sweet caramel and macchiato parts perfectly balance and compliment each other. This is definitely a 'new' flavor!
Cinnamon Chai Latte- As you know I'm a HUGE fan of cinnamon flavors and you know I feel Lip Smacker has really been lacking in cinnamon flavors since the 2014 Cinnamon Sugar tragedy. This smells VERY lightly of cinnamon and chai and the more I use it the more it reminds me of the black Classic Chapstick if you've smelled that-almost herbal-y. I've definitely smelled truer chai flavors like Hurraw's.
Mandarin-Mint Tea- When I first opened this I got a stronger mint flavor after the mandarin but the more I use it the more I just smell mandarin and LIGHT mint with no tea notes. A very refreshing flavor nonetheless!
Mocha Frappe- 90's Lip Smacker fans rejoice! This smells JUST LIKE the legendary Mocha Nova mixed with the original Chocolate Lip Smacker! Definitely brings back a lot of memories with the familiar flavors and is a must have!
Pumpkin Spice Latte- Smells just like all of the pumpkin Smackers brought out since 2014, not really 'new'.
Green Tea Lemonade- This is the same exact flavor as last years Breezy Tea-zy, even the same color. It smells JUST like an Arnold Palmer and is more like black tea rather than green. I expected a fruitier flavor with a little bit of Kiwi mixed in. Not 'new' but a unique Smacker to have.
Watermelon Lemonade- The same flavor as Watermelon Twist Smoothie Chillerz and Fish Out of Water-Melon Pop. As I mentioned before, this particular formula smells very similar to Bath & Body Works Watermelon Lemonade scent. A super crisp and refreshing blend of watermelon and lemonade. Different than the Original & Best Watermelon and the Lemonade part is the good lemon they use. Now if they could just capture the scent of Bath & Body Works Cinnamon Sugared Donut candle and make it into a Lip Smacker... ;)
Pomegranate Iced Tea- A tart and tangy pomegranate orange flavor. Not getting any tea note. Same flavor as Pomegranate Punch and the most recent Spiderman Amazing Pomegranate.
Overall this is a great collection you NEED! I have to point out that I LOVE the 'Est. 1973' Markwins put on the labels, giving us brand heritage of when it all started. I am not sure which stores will be carrying these yet and will update as soon as I find out.
You can purchase these on the Lip Smacker website here, for the time being.
Curious to see if there will be singles as well in more new flavors, similar to what they did with the Smoothie Chillerz collection last year!
We shall see...

These look so interesting! Thanks for the review, I actually placed my order for them recently. Unfortunately, I was too young to be able to own the 90s lip smackers. Well now that I'm older, I started collecting them. I'm always a sucker for chocolate smells and I hope the mocha frappe is good. They all look so good.
